The apartment has a large open-plan lounge area where you will find plenty of comfortable seating with a settee, 2 easy chairs and a wooden coffee table, the lounge is fitted with air-conditioning for your comfort during the warm summer days and nights, as well as, a television, free Wi-Fi and a Hi-Fi unit with DVD player (with a selection of films and music for you to sample). It is equipped with everything you would need to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Through double sliding patio doors you will find yourself on the large balcony.

The dining area consists of a large dining table and chairs for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes; an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer all to ensure you can easily accommodate home away from home cooking, or maybe try your hand at one of those Spanish dishes you've always wanted to attempt. In the utility room there is also a large sink and washing machine along with the iron and ironing board.

When the mood strikes you go ahead and relax on the balcony in a reclining sun-lounger to enjoy a spectacular view of the swimming pool below or the memorising Mar Menor Sea shimmering in the sunlight. The large balcony also has a table and chairs for "al fresco" dining in the glorious Spanish sun or beneath the equally beautiful cover of the starry night sky.

The third is fitted with a Student style bed fitted with a pull-out single underneath and wardrobe. Complimented with seaside themed decorations and designs this room is perfect for younger children even equipping them with their own television and PlayStation 2, with a choice of games.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, with the first fully tiled and including a bidet, full-sized family bath and integrated shower. There is a mirror fitted with a light over the sink and a plug point for your shaver.

The second bathroom consists of a toilet and hand basin with mirror and light over the sink.
